Alex Greco

Senior Director, Manufacturing and Value Chains

Alex is a senior business and policy executive with extensive experience in government relations, stakeholder engagement, and public policy. 

He currently serves as Senior Director of Manufacturing and Value Chains at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, where he leads the Chamber’s manufacturing policy practice and oversees the Digital Economy Committee, as well as lobbying and compliance, and strategic stakeholder initiatives. He is also a participant in the organization’s Leadership Accelerator Program. 

Previously, Alex was Senior Director of Policy and Government Affairs at the Canadian Beverage Association, where he led the association’s government relations function, and Director of Manufacturing Policy at Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters, where he led Ontario government relations and the national environmental policy file. 

Across these roles, Alex has championed the interests of manufacturers in Canada and advanced policies to strengthen value chains across sectors including aerospace, automotive, food and beverage, and advanced manufacturing. 

He currently serves on the Board of Governors at Seneca College and has held other senior board roles, including as President of the Public Affairs Association of Canada’s Ontario Chapter and as a public member of the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario. 

Alex holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminology and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto.
