Katharine Czycz began her career in the Canadian HVAC/R industry in 1998 and has spent nearly 3 decades working across the skilled trades, technical sales, product management and industry leadership. A Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic by trade, Katharine began her career in the field, giving her a strong practical foundation that continues to shape her perspective on the industry. She has worked across the HVAC/R sector with contractors, manufacturers, distributors and industry partners. Katharine is passionate about the future of the industry, innovation, workforce development and creating opportunities for the next generation of HVAC/R professionals.
