W. Scott Thurlow, a lawyer, is the founder of Thurlow.law and was called to the bar of Ontario in 2003. He currently provides counsel to dozens of companies and trade associations in the business of chemistry. He routinely provides advise on regulatory matters and policies pertaining to Chemicals Management, Business Support Programs, Climate Change, Air Quality and legislative reform in Canada.    He served as a member of the Minister of Health and Minister of Environment & Climate Change’s stakeholder advisory council on the Chemicals Management Plan. From 2012-2014, he was the President of the Canadian Renewable Fuels Association (CRFA), where he represented the interests of the producers of Ethanol and Renewable Diesel in Canada.
