Michael started his career in a family run HVAC company over 20 years ago that still is in operation to this day. Today, Michael is responsible for mentoring and advising the technical support team at Eden Energy Equipment. He also is focused on providing field support and technical training for contractors, engineers and builders across Ontario on heat pumps, boilers and hydronics.

Michael is passionate about learning new things and building relationships with industry stakeholders in HVAC both new and old. Michael Ridler is first and foremost a family man who lives to set an example of positivity, mentorship and empowering the people around him.
