What should I do if I want to cancel my registration?
Please contact us at bkennedy@hrai.ca to notify us of your cancellation. You will be refunded for your ticket purchase, less a $100 cancellation fee. After August 17, 2026, we will no longer be issuing refunds.

What is included in the attendee registration?
Access to all sessions + AGMs, Sunday evening reception, Monday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Tuesday breakfast, lunch and closing reception. Offsite delegate activities can be added at an additional cost.

What is included in the companion registration?
Companions will have access to the conference including all meals and receptions. Offsite delegate activities can be added at an additional cost.

What is the registration deadline?
Registrations will be accepted online until Friday September 11, 2026.

What should I do if I need to make changes to my registration?
Please contact bkennedy@hrai.ca with any requests to change your registration and we will be happy to assist.

What is the dress code?
The dress code for the conference is business casual. The Awards Dinner on Monday night is casual elegant (dressed up but not stuffy).
