What Global Forces Are About to Reshape the Canadian HVACR Industry — and What Should Contractors, Distributors, Manufacturers, and Associations Be Preparing for Now?

Canada is a country that thrives because of global trade. Looking only at the HVACR industry, Canadians produce goods worth 6.4 billion. 42% of that amount, or about 2.7 billion, is exported to markets outside of Canada. We also purchase 11.8 billion worth of HVACR goods, and almost 70%, or 8.1 billion, comes from outside of Canada. Canada is a trading nation, so it’s important for Canadians to stay on top of global policies and trends in the HVACR industry.

Ideas and rules in other countries and on other continents may seem far away today, but they have a way of making their way to Canada. We’re fortunate to have experts joining us to give us advance notice about threats and opportunities that will have an impact on the heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment that Canadians will see in their homes, workplaces and public institutions.

Join this session to help you prepare your company, your clients and colleagues for the global forces that will reshape Canada’s HVACR industry.
