The Office of Energy Efficiency at Environment and Climate Change Canada curates Canada’s Energy Efficiency Regulations. Rob has been a regulator for 11 years and is the manager responsible for technology strategy and regulatory development. A Professional Engineer, he previously worked in the private sector in solar thermal systems, photovoltaics and energy efficiency, specifically in manufacturing, trades training, consulting, and construction management. He’s collaborated with CSA on standards development for 20 years.
