As the founder of Steve Shrout Coaching and Consulting (myCoachSteve.com), Steve specializes in helping organizations develop stronger leaders, healthier teams, and more intentional cultures. His work combines executive coaching, CliftonStrengths-based leadership development, strategic facilitation, and practical business consulting to help leaders move from insight to action.

Steve has worked with organizations across a wide range of sectors, including trade associations, professional services, real estate, municipal leadership, and privately held businesses. His approach is highly practical, relationship-oriented, and focused on helping leaders understand their strengths, navigate complexity, build trust, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
